St. Mary the Virgin Church is a community of Christians ministering to
all, with the transforming love of Christ, in the Anglican tradition.
Above all else, we strive to Worship the Lord and Live His Gospel!
It is in our worship that the Gospel comes alive for us, keeping our hearts
and minds in the knowledge and love of God, and of His Son Jesus Christ
our Lord. It is this knowledge and love we take from this place to minister
to others in the building of the Kingdom of God.
We greet you in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We would
be honored to have you join us anytime as we worship Almighty God, the Father,
the Son, and the Holy Spirit and may He richly Bless you and yours always.
Sunday School is held each week from September through May. Our children benefit
from excellent curriculum and loving teachers. Adult classes are also available.
Fr. Erich Zwingert has been the Rector (Senior Pastor) of St. Mary's since 2002.
He is a graduate of Nashotah House Seminary and was ordained a priest in
1995.
St. Mary's has been worshiping together since 1984. We began in a family
living room on to rented quarters, and finally completing our present church
on Christmas 1988.
The Vestry (Parish Council) oversees the daily operations of this place,
in partnership with the rector. The Vestry members are elected by the parish.
